Our core service offering generates hundreds of millions of dollars for ServiceTitan and is central to the operation of thousands of businesses. ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Senior Manager of Product Analytics to develop insightful and in-depth reporting, elevating our understanding of our core product. We need to identify which parts of our product contribute to customer success and which areas require improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a team of 7, including one people manager, of product analysts
  • Work with VP-level stakeholders to set roadmaps for the Core Product Analytics team
  • Own key analyses on complex problems as a manager/doer
  • Provide creative insights that help improve business operations
  • Create KPIs to measure the health of our core product and its impact on customers
  • Assist sales and marketing teams in creating product impact claims for major deals
  • Mentor and develop team members to deliver impactful products
  • Ensure high-quality results through QA of team and partner outputs
  • Collaborate with data engineering to develop data marts for self-service and faster insights
  • Produce Tableau dashboards for partner teams

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading product analytics teams
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment; prioritize projects based on ROI and urgency amidst ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field
  • 8+ years as a business analyst (SQL, Tableau)
  • 4+ years managing teams of at least 5 people
  • Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI (Tableau preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Creative in initiating new projects; viewed as integral to business teams
  • Excellent communication skills with VP+ product managers and engineering leaders
  • Experience with clickstream data for product decision-making

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with FullStory
  • Experience with dbt (data engineering)
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation
