Position Summary

Join our team as a Senior Manager, Controllership. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead efforts in developing partnerships and open communication between markets, while also facilitating and coordinating the month-end close process. You will play a pivotal role in supporting market goals, driving best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

About the International Controllership Team:

Our team is dedicated to fostering collaboration and communication across global markets. We support markets in developing accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Additionally, we ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for our international markets, collaborating with various departments and markets around the globe.

What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-market initiatives to develop partnerships and open communication channels.
• Support the month-end close process for international markets.
• Support global initiatives by connecting market teams.
• Participate in earnings and SEC reporting processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience reporting in compliance with SEC guidelines and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of how high-level accounting impacts business decisions.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain global business and finance relationships.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Optional qualifications include experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), working on cross-functional teams, a Master's in Business Administration, or certifications like CPA, Financial & Insurance certifications.
