Job summary

You will own contract lifecycle governance, drive performance management, and align commercial outcomes with operations, legal, finance, and IT. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management or related fields.
• Experience in asset-intensive or customer-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between contracts, operations, and commercial performance.
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the contract lifecycle operating model from execution through performance and renewal.
• Establish governance to promote consistency and risk management in contracting.
• Support leadership decisions on approvals, renewals, and high-risk matters.
• Lead customer business reviews linking contract performance with operations and priorities.
• Serve as business owner for contract management platforms and related tools.
