Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in contract manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers, co-packers, suppliers, or multiple manufacturing sites in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting partner qualification, sourcing, contract discussions, supplier relationship management, and performance reviews.
• Experience managing commercialization, manufacturing transfer, capacity, and cost-savings initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen including cost structures, bids, budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract manufacturing plans aligning partner capacity and priorities with supply chain strategies.
• Coordinate qualification onboarding and stabilization activities for new partners and production lines.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and governance with contract manufacturers including reviews and commitments.
• Maintain partner scorecards, KPIs, and corrective actions across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.
• Lead partner performance reviews, document gaps, and drive corrective actions to sustain improvements.
• Support sourcing events, contract negotiations, service levels, and capacity commitments with Procurement and Legal.
• Analyze tolling and cost arrangements and provide should-cost and total cost of ownership recommendations.
• Lead manufacturing transfer projects from planning through post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, logistics, and customer service with internal teams and partner sites.
• Provide capacity, constraint, and risk inputs to S&OP and business continuity planning.
