Job summary

Exponent Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for its Construction Consulting Practice in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will consult on large complex construction disputes and manage relationships to grow the business.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, possess over 15 years of experience in construction management, and display excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project/construction management or consulting.
• Project site experience and good technical knowledge is desired.
• Experience in construction claims and litigation services is desired.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Construction Disputes business and client relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for Exponent's services.
• Participate actively in Industry and Trade Associations.
