Job summary

REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Composite Production to own the full composite production organization from engineering through production.

You will lead through a layer of shift leads and supervisors, building standard work, a maintenance program, and a training pathway to scale the workforce while preserving quality and throughput. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in composite manufacturing across manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production at scale.
• Experience leading through a layer of shift leads and supervisors.
• Experience running maintenance and reliability for composite process equipment: autoclaves, ovens, presses, cure systems.
• Ability to scale a production workforce as volume increases.
• Ability to convert engineered fixes into standardized, trained production work across a large team.

Responsibilities

• Own Composite Production performance across engineering, maintenance, and production for quality, yield, uptime, and throughput.
• Build and develop shift leads and supervisors to run floor operations and scale the organization.
• Systematize fixes into standard, auditable work and close loop to engineering when standards falter.
• Run preventive maintenance programs and uptime tracking for cure, layup, and trim equipment.
• Stand up structured training paths and certification levels for operators.
• Run quality control with control plans, SPC, and corrective actions across shifts.
• Collaborate with Advanced Engineering to validate process robustness before floor deployment.
