Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Specialty Compliance and Ethics to lead the development and execution of compliance strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and advise leadership on risks. The role emphasizes policy governance, data analysis, and a culture of integrity across the organization.

You will guide and develop associates, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company standards and values while supporting global regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 4+ years in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and ethics initiatives with monitoring regulations, addressing inquiries, and updating policies with leadership input.
• Research legislation and regulatory trends to assess business impact and develop strategic responses.
• Manage data programs to track legislation, perform gap analyses, and forecast regulatory obligations nationally and globally.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Oversee compliance training, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing, accountable team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with company standards and values.
