Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring regulations, addressing inquiries, and updating policies with leadership input.
• Conduct research and analysis on legislation and regulatory trends to assess business impact and develop strategic responses.
• Manage data programs to track legislation, perform gap analyses, and forecast regulatory obligations nationally and globally.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Oversee compliance training, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing, accountable team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with company standards and values.
