Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in HR/compensation with management experience.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Hands-on with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools such as Radford or Pave.

  • Develop and maintain the organization's compensation philosophy.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will shape compensation strategy in partnership with HR and business leaders, helping ensure pay programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. The position will also oversee equity program governance, executive compensation analysis, and total rewards communications across the organization. In addition, the Senior Manager will use data, benchmarking, and emerging technology to strengthen compensation operations and decision-making.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $229,000 – $343,000 annually
