Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 1 year W2
Compensation: Up to $50/hr

Position Overview
The Senior Compensation Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing compensation strategies across North America Operations and Procurement. Reporting to the Director of North America & WHQ Compensation, this role will provide expert compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders while supporting both hourly and salaried populations across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep compensation expertise, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
