Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Commodity Solutions to lead architecture efforts for complex CTRM transformations in Enterprise Operations & Risk. You will guide solution decisions, align technology with business objectives, and drive delivery across large programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive CTRM experience, client-facing skills, and the ability to steward projects from strategy through implementation. Travel and cross-functional leadership are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) implementations, including multiple full lifecycle RightAngle implementations.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design for CTRM transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration and functional solution design across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement workstreams to support end-to-end business processes.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture designs, integration approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
• Work with client stakeholders to define business requirements, assess alignment to standard RightAngle capabilities, and identify configuration and customization options.
• Travel 75% on average based on client needs.
