Job summary

Stoke Therapeutics, headquartered in Bedford, MA, is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Supply Chain Management to lead planning, forecasting, and execution of supply strategies for both clinical and commercial products. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Supply Management or related field.
• Strong foundation in S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and GMP/GDP knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the commercial supply chain strategy from launch to scale.
• Manage artwork and secondary packaging workstreams for commercial products.
• Own daily demand and supply planning and support S&OP implementation.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, DSCSA/serialization across the distribution network.
• Develop launch supply plans with CMC, QA, RA, and Commercial Ops.
• Oversee cold-chain logistics and temperature-controlled distribution.
• Collaborate with Quality on change controls and continuous improvement.
• Track timelines for internal activities and external CMO production.
• Assist in development of Commercial Supply Chain SOPs for inspections.
• Participate in ERP setup, configuration decisions.
