Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a senior finance professional to lead Product Line commercial finance, partnering with VPs and growth teams. You will develop long-range plans, drive the sales budget, and build rolling forecasts that inform decisions across product lines.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with executives. This on-site Texas position offers extensive benefits and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, regulatory and quality requirements including FDA regulations and company policies.
• Owner of Product Line commercial finance matters, partnering with Commercial VPs and Growth teams.
• Develops and executes Product Line sales long-range plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Drives revenue planning with understanding of product lifecycles by line, market, and customer program.
• Provides financial models, analyses, and decision support for commercial deals and projects.
• Supports pricing strategy and quoting to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborates with Engineering to vet quotes and financial analyses.
• Participates in business reviews with critical customers as needed.
• Supports enterprise commercial/growth teams in complex opportunities and contracts.
