Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate degree with 10+ years, or 16 years without degree.
• Active United States security clearance, Top Secret/SCI w/Poly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specialty engineering organization supporting Space Surveillance programs with oversight and performance management.
• Establish and maintain change management processes for product lifecycle activities.
• Provide leadership for configuration control boards and governance activities.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, contracts, and program management to define baselines.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Oversee development, release, control, and audit readiness of technical data packages and product structures.
