Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Configuration Manager to provide CM support for assigned programs. You will ensure documentation integrity, baselines, and data item maintenance throughout the product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, contracts, and customer teams.

The role requires strong experience with CM tools and processes, the ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance, and work on-site in Ashburn, VA or Richardson, TX with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration management support to assigned programs and CM leads.
• Ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy of system documentation and baselines throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate Engineering changes and ensure approval requirements are met.
• Review and approve program documentation and coordinate with contracts and customer regarding requirements.
