L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Configuration Management to join our team in Wilmington, MA. The role leads CM activities across Agile programs to ensure the integrity and traceability of design artifacts, baselines, and documentation through disciplined CM processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s and 6+ years of experience, or graduate degrees with relevant experience, plus an active Top Secret clearance. Strong collaboration and process-improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration management activities in Agile development programs.
• Administer and maintain configuration management toolsets and support Change Board processes.
• Manage review, control, release, and traceability of engineering drawings and documentation.
• Provide CM guidance and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
