Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure team is seeking a senior manager to lead a software development group building virtual networking services that enable multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud applications. You will guide architecture, delivery, and operations across OCI's global enterprise cloud.
You should have 10+ years in software development and 5+ years leading engineering teams, with strong experience in cloud, networking, and distributed systems.

- Demonstrated expertise in cloud engineering, networking, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to identify and recruit top engineering talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and run scalable distributed systems and components across multiple teams.
- Oversee system scalability, reliability, and performance for large-scale data processing.
- Lead cross-functional teams, define priorities, and manage project delivery and resource planning.
- Drive automation, IaC practices, and incident response readiness.
