Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with strong systems and networking background.
• Experience with distributed systems, Linux, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Go; knowledge of DOCSIS or broadband access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vCMTS software strategy aligned with roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end delivery of software releases and KPI tracking.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide engineering teams on best practices.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML in system design and operations.
