Lead the future of cloud operations; drive secure, scalable delivery in a high-impact leadership role at the forefront of enterprise infrastructure.

General Accountability

The Senior Manager, Cloud Delivery is responsible for leading cloud operations, overseeing team performance, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient delivery of enterprise infrastructure services.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Responsible for the secure operation and maintenance of Operations infrastructure
• Provide expert support for IT infrastructure, where applicable in support of cloud security architecture design and implementation
• Responsible for FedRAMP, RMF and Security Compliance requirements associated with Operations
• Supports efforts for the identification, assessment, and implementation of future Operations related technologies and capabilities enterprise-wide
• Responsible for educating stakeholders on risks and as Operations subject matter expert
• Execution of projectlevel initiatives related to IT Infrastructure
• Providing guidance to supporting Operations related initiatives
• Training and mentoring initiatives in support of Operations related initiatives
• Provides management oversight for Operations-related initiatives, ensuring coordination, consistency, and alignment with enterprise goals
• Oversee and drive change management and incident management processes to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement
• Establish, maintain, and improve operational and process management frameworks across Cloud Delivery
• Manage teams supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies including VMware, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Dell, and Cisco environments
• Other operations tasks as assigned

Experience and Core Competencies

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with modern Operations releases/implementation
• 2+ years of demonstrated Operations related project management or IT Governance
• Strong Understanding of network protocols, security principles and virtualization technologies
• Experience providing management oversight or team leadership in operational or infrastructure environments
• Senior Level Certification in Operations
• Demonstrated history of working with teams to accomplish Operations objectives
• Excellent problem solving, analytic, and communication skills
• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework Preferred
• Experience with enterprise technologies including VMware, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Dell, and Cisco
• Strong experience in change management, incident management, and operational process improvement
• Experience with Jira is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or trade education in technology or research intensive subject preferred
• Active CompTIA Security+, CASP, or CISSP Certification Preferred
