Job summary

Vaxcyte, Inc. in the SF Bay Area is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply to lead clinical demand and supply planning, and to oversee the planning and execution of clinical packaging runs.

You will ensure trials have sufficient vaccine and comparator supply to start and progress without interruptions, working across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Clinical Supply Management.
• Experience with vaccine trials is highly desirable.
• Experience with blinded study materials.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine vaccine and comparator demand from protocol sites and shelf life.
• Translate demand into a detailed supply plan and packaging schedule.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations to develop project plans.
• Manage packaging runs and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain clinical supply dashboards and batch genealogies.
