Vaxcyte in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply to lead clinical demand and supply planning, and to plan and execute clinical packaging runs. This role ensures trials have sufficient vaccine and comparator supply to start and complete without interruptions.
You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Process Development, manage labeling, batch genealogy, and cold-chain logistics, and track inventory at depots and sites.

Vaxcyte is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply, to lead clinical demand and supply planning, along with the planning and execution of clinical packaging runs. This role will be instrumental to ensure that our trials have sufficient vaccine and comparator supply to start as planned and continue to completion without any interruptions.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Logistics; advanced degrees are a plus. 9+ years’ experience working in Clinical Supply Management. Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
Reports to: Director, Clinical Supplies
Location: San Carlos, CA
Work Arrangement (may be adjusted based on business needs, job responsibilities, or changes to company policy):
Hybrid (minimum of 2-3 days per week onsite)
Compensation: The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
Salary Range: $158,000 - $185,000 (SF Bay Area). Salary ranges for non-California locations may vary.
