The University of Miami is seeking a Sr. Manager, Research Support to lead Clinical Research Services (CRS) across sixteen Site Disease Groups at the UHealth campus in Miami.

This role manages day-to-day operations for over 125 active CRS protocols and supports more than 700 ongoing patients, ensuring compliance and strong performance. You will recruit, train, and develop CRS staff, establish SOPs, and coordinate with Regulatory and Financial teams to sustain high-quality research operations and

Formación

• BS degree in Nursing, Healthcare or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CFR and GCP.
• 5+ years supervisory and site-management experience in clinical trials.
• Experience with QA, data analysis and study startup.
• Certifications: CCRC/CCRA/CCRP or Oncology Nursing Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day CRS operations across site disease groups.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate CRS staff.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with Regulatory and Financial teams.
• Manage budgets and sponsor communications.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, CFR and GCP.
• Lead data visualization and performance reporting.
