Job summary

KAISER Permanente in Pleasanton, California seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Consulting - Clinical Informatics to lead a team of consultants and align stakeholders across care delivery settings in one or more technical workstreams. Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Bachelor-level degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health or related field and substantial experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical ops.
Masters degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health or related field with relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Leads development and implementation of clinical initiatives, systems, and processes to a future state.
Manages change management activities and ensures stakeholder buy-in across initiatives.
Directs vendor management and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.
Translates business plans into tactical action items and aligns resources and budgets.
Guides data analyses to drive care delivery and clinical outcomes.
