Job summary

KAISER in Pleasanton, California, seeks a Clinical Consultant V-Clinical Informatics to lead and orchestrate complex clinical initiatives across multiple technical areas. You will drive alignment with management sponsors, build stakeholder consensus, and guide end-to-end project delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in clinical operations, change management, and data analytics, with proven leadership in healthcare consulting within a large system.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science or a directly related field and minimum eight (8) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment.
• Masters degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health or a directly related field and Minimum six (6) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduits business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to all procedures and policies; determines processes and methodologies; solves complex problems; escalates high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate.
• Leads change management activities associated with care delivery or clinical initiatives by engaging stakeholders to obtain support and buy in for changes; partnering with senior management, project champions, and clinical owners to communicate and align improvement initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Performs or partners with analysts on complex data analyses to drive care delivery or clinical initiatives by identifying appropriate data analysis tools and approach to assess performance; designing analytic plans and determining suitable data gathering and analysis methods
• Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring project plans and team members adhere to KP, departmental, and/or clinical policies and procedures
