• Provide strategic oversight to third-party claims managers, team leaders, and examiners to ensure consistent delivery of claims outcomes and service excellence.
• Partner with Director, Claims Management on claims strategy and portfolio operational execution.
• Oversee claims disputes by evaluating files, coordinating with experts, and ensuring accurate settlements or denials.
