Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics leader in Massachusetts to define and drive the analytics vision across the casino experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• Programming experience with Python, R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights.
