Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead real-time processing for the Card Internal Ledger and drive the roadmap with cross-functional teams in technology and business. You will mentor staff and partner with platform and architecture teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

The role requires a strong background in product management, business-case development, and delivering results in ambiguous environments, with a focus on leadership and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or Business/Marketing by start date.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field plus 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build an outcome-based strategy and drive delivery of roadmap focused on core functionality of the Internal Ledger.
• Identify and analyze new use cases and opportunities for managing the Credit Card Account Lifecycle to empower digital customer experience and non-digital services.
• Partner with platform teams on innovation pilots, testing strategies, and new feature rollouts.
• Form strong partnerships with Architecture engineers and Software engineers to solve technical problems.
