Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive discovery and delivery of critical capabilities for our Card platform. You will partner with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to translate opportunities into tangible features that create value for millions of customers.

You will balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives, own feature roadmaps, and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to measure impact, while collaborating across Card Growth

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of product management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• Prefer bachelor's in CS or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and delivery of capabilities across Card Growth product lines.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists to build solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps and manage risk and governance.
