Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Manager of Business Systems & Transformation to lead the selection, implementation, and support of digital business systems. You will align technology with processes, manage cross-functional SAP initiatives, and drive productivity across business units.

The role requires strong SAP/MM experience, service-delivery background, and collaboration with security, infrastructure and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 8+ years of progressive Senior IT Systems Analyst experience (or 5+ years with a Master's).
• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including SAP MM.
• Experience delivering services in a service-delivery environment and cross-functional SAP experience (Ariba, SNC, SRM).

Responsibilities

• Select, implement, maintain and support business systems and digital applications aligned with business goals.
• Align technology selection, programming, testing and integration with systems architecture and processes.
• Analyze moderately complex requirements that can be fulfilled through IT systems.
• Collaborate with system analysts, engineers and programmers on capabilities and interfaces.
• Align digital services, service levels and vendor management with business needs.
• Work with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure and Project Management to govern the digital technology portfolio.
• Represent the business in enterprise initiatives and advocate for high-quality digital services.
