Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 10+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience across requirements development, design, integration, verification, validation and documentation for civil certification programs.
• Hands-on ARP4754 across system lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering team through all phases of system product development from requirements capture to life-cycle support.
• Define and execute System Solutions strategy and roadmap across systems engineering.
• Provide technical leadership to enable adoption and continuous improvement across programs.
