Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Business Resiliency Testing Senior Manager to strengthen operational readiness by leading targeted testing and preparedness activities.

You will coordinate with Resiliency Planners, business units and risk partners to design, execute and review tests that reinforce continuity during disruptions. You bring 7+ years in business resiliency or disaster recovery, strong risk management knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in business resiliency, business continuity or related fields.
• Experience leading resiliency testing programs, exercises, or readiness initiatives.
• Strong understanding of continuity planning and testing methodologies.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders across orgs.
• Experience facilitating exercises and post-event reviews.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing program design, execution and review of resiliency exercises.
• Coordinate with Business Resiliency Planners, business units and risk partners.
• Develop testing framework and guidelines; drive remediation efforts.
