Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Business Resiliency Testing Senior Manager to reinforce organizational resilience through targeted testing and preparedness. You will lead testing programs, coordinate with risk partners, and review resilience exercises to strengthen operational readiness.

You will build frameworks, guide teams through exercises, and drive remediation of control gaps, aiming to protect critical processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in business resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related fields.
• Experience leading resiliency testing programs, exercises, or operational readiness initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business continuity planning, resiliency frameworks, recovery strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resilience testing programs and coordinate with Business Resiliency Planners, business units, and risk partners.
• Facilitate exercises, workshops, and post-event reviews with diverse groups across the organization.
• Develop and refine testing frameworks and guidelines to improve preparedness and recovery capabilities.
• Identify control gaps, drive remediation, and partner with leaders across technology and business units.
