Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, consulting, or related professional services experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level clients and teams.
• Ability to assess client needs and align with Bridgepoint capabilities.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Strong team orientation and desire to support firm initiatives.
• Exceptional relationship-building with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into a portfolio of client engagements and support delivery.
• Serve as a senior relationship point for key clients and align expectations.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from business development to execution.
• Identify changing client needs, challenges, and expansion opportunities.
• Support engagement teams with escalations and executive communication.
• Lead at least one strategic initiative annually for the local practice and firm.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and proactive relationship building.
• Manage a pipeline of new-logo and expansion opportunities totaling >$2M annual revenue.
