Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the growth of the Corporate, Finance & Transactions practice globally. You will advise Practice Group Leaders and attorneys, coordinate strategy, and drive initiatives across regional and international teams.
The role involves leading client and new business development, crafting market intelligence, managing proposals and pitches, and guiding content creation for bios and materials.

The Senior Business Development Manager supports our Firm's efforts to grow the Global Corporate, Finance & Transactions portfolio and to drive revenue. The Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance to Practice Group Leaders and attorneys across the global selected Corporate, Finance & Transactions practices. This individual will have a firm understanding of these practice areas and will play an integral role in executing key strategic initiatives and raising the profile of the practice. This role is extremely collaborative and requires frequent proactive communication across our department including both regional and global teams.

Pursuant to the New York and Washington D.C. pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for this position. At the time of posting, the estimated New York range is $196,300 to $216,000 and Washington D.C. range is $188,300 to $207,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skillsets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-timework schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
