Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead strategic data research, visualization initiatives, and to modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to inform business decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize and automate operations such as ordering, payments, and invoicing.
2. Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
3. Design and oversee data analysis and business intelligence strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
4. Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns and optimize performance.
5. Develop data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization methods.
6. Create visual representations to facilitate understanding of data concepts.
7. Translate complex data into clear reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
8. Partner with finance to provide data-driven insights into revenue and operational metrics.
9. Communicate invoicing and financial information with clients and partners.
10. Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and location. The role is eligible for an annual incentive and benefits as detailed in our Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
