Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Consulting for Aetna Service Operations. You will lead engagements from problem definition through recommendations and handoff, partnering with senior leaders to diagnose performance gaps and structure options.

You will develop hypothesis-driven analysis, build executive materials, maintain trackers and baselines, and manage multiple engagements against fixed deadlines while ensuring safety and quality in all work.

Position Summary The Senior Manager, Business Consulting leads engagements for Aetna Service Operations, partnering with leaders across the organization to diagnose performance issues. The role builds the supporting analysis and documentation, and supports the executive operating cadence.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare payer operations knowledge
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau or Power BI
• 3-5 years of management consulting experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
