Acosta is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead strategic growth for our Convenience (C-Store) channel, interfacing with retail headquarters to drive category growth and execution.

You will lead category strategies, analyze sales trends, manage plans and trade spend, and present insights to Buyers, Category Managers, and senior stakeholders while aligning brand goals with retailer priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in CPG, broker, or retail account management.
• Strong HQ selling and category management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
