Sodexo has a new opening for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to join our team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate may office anywhere in the United States. Candidate will be expected to work a typical Eastern time zone schedule.

The Senior Manager, Business Analytics will create datasets, analytical tools, and queries to support reporting and analysis activities within the Supply Management/Distribution.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and prepare reports to provide quality assurance, information, trending recommendations, and other insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations shared with internal teams and external partners, both formally and informally.
• Support the development and implementation of programs and policies. Conduct benchmarking and research as needed.
• Perform data mining and analysis from various data sources and systems, including external sources like suppliers and partners, utilizing relational database tools and presentation software.
• Collaborate with team members on data-oriented initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing and ad hoc analyses, develop metrics, and support tactical initiatives.
