Job summary

Leonardo Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Manager for P21 Electrical & Avionics Design and Sustaining Engineering. This role involves overseeing design and sustaining engineering activities for avionics and electrical systems, and managing a team within AWPC.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in a Design Organization, including team leadership and a strong grasp of relevant regulations. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• 10 years in a Design Organization with at least 5 years of team leading and coordination experience.
• Deep knowledge of Part 27 & Part 29 regulations.
• Proven aptitude to lead projects and coordinate work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Electrical & Avionics Design and Sustaining Engineering group.
• Support production final assembly & Flight Line in solving technical issues.
• Lead management of new Kits/system design and support certification.
