Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP invites applications for the Senior Manager, Attorney Professional Development. This role leads the attorney training function across all practice groups and career stages, including the CLE program, and shapes AI learning initiatives for the firm.

You will partner with the Director of Professional Development, Chief Talent Officer, and firm leaders to design and implement innovative development programs and oversee curriculum across professional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• At least 10 years of legal practice in a large firm.
• Experience with legal technology and AI tools in a professional services context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all attorney training across practice groups and career stages.
• Operationalizes the firm’s AI learning strategy across the attorney lifecycle.
• Develops, pilots, and scales AI‑related curriculum and resources.
• Develops and implements training programs on professional success, business of law, and business development.
• Supervises the Continuing Legal Education team and CLE credits coordination.
