Serve as a trusted advisor to association boards on compliance, policy, and long-term capital planning, while directing budget development, reserve fund management, and vendor partnerships. Foster organizational success through effective stakeholder engagement, cost optimization, quality assurance, and the mentorship and development of management and support teams.**The Difference You Will Make*** Strategic Oversight: Lead the operational, financial, and administrative performance of a high-volume portfolio of large-scale, complex community associations.* Executive Board Advisory: Act as the primary advisor to multi-member boards, guiding them through governance, legal compliance, and multi-year capital improvement planning.* Advanced Financials: Architect and oversee annual operating budgets and capital reserve funds.* Vendor & Contract Negotiations: Source and execute high-value, multi-site vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality control across the portfolio.* Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior managers, association coordinators, and maintenance staff.**What You’ll Bring*** 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio-level HOA, condo, or community association management (CAM).* Strong executive presence with advanced financial acumen, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills.* Deep knowledge of community association law and capital reserve budgeting.* CMCA credential required; AMS or PCAM designations highly preferred.* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities* Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment**Direct Reports and Reporting Relationship**Team Members in the Association Department, in addition to the ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
