Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager in New Jersey to lead tax compliance initiatives, review financial data, and guide clients through complex regulations. You will coach teams, deliver strategic tax planning, and foster inclusive, high-performing groups while maintaining PwC standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused tax solutions, build relationships, and ensure accurate tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar, or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients, confirming adherence to complex tax regulations.
• Review and analyze financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
• Validate clients’ compliance with tax laws and minimize risks of non-compliance through strategic tax planning.
• Craft and convey clear messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax compliance processes.
• Direct teams through complex situations with composure and strategic problem solving.
• Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards per PwC guidance and independence requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships to provide strategic tax advice.
