Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain processes and overall structure of the business.
• Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and driving automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.
• Develop a team of Business Operations Managers responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
• Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
• Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
• Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
