Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management
• 7+ years in people management
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
• 15+ years in product engineering with semiconductor leadership
• Deep expertise in ASIC design, silicon photonics, RFIC, or analog/mixed-signal circuits
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Lifecycle: transition chips from tape-out to final product with validation and debugging
• Yield Enhancement & Optimization: analyze wafer data and test results to improve chip yield
• Yield, Test & Operations Strategy: manage foundries and OSAT partners and drive process maturation
• Drive engineering innovation: contribute to design-for-test initiatives and reduce test cost
• Technical Leadership: align with Design Eng., Supply Chain and Quality to meet ramp milestones
• Build and lead global Yield & Test teams and foster accountability and problem solving
