The Application Development Senior Manager will serve as a lead architect in the design and development of software systems and subsystems for our EdAdvisory division, and more specifically our Bright Horizons College Coach program. Reporting to the VP of Applications Development for EdAdvisory, this role will work with internal teams to conduct design and participate in all phases of SDLC.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.
Bright Horizons College Coach has been assisting families in achieving their education goals for more than 20 years. This team works with tens of thousands of families who receive our services for free through their employer-sponsored benefit and hundreds more via our more traditional independent consulting service.

The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 – $165,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for a 5% bonus plan.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
