Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and certificate from a school of medical technology, histotechnology or cytotechnology or equivalent meeting NYS supervisor qualifications.
• Prefer certification by a nationally recognized clinical laboratory certifying agency.
• Hold a valid NYS License as CLT, Cytotechnologist or CHT.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and evaluate value-oriented laboratory services for quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, training coordination, accuracy and timeliness of procedures.
• Manage budgeting, materials, regulatory compliance and results evaluation within Laboratory Services.
• Collaborate with leadership to support Trinity Health mission and integrity standards.
