About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering to lead our data systems development and support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define and build data products in Snowflake Data Cloud, using APIs, Fivetran, and dbt, supporting analytics and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data architecture, lakes, warehouses, and products.
• Partner with leadership to create and sustain a data engineering practice.
• Design and engineer data systems using Snowflake and dbt.
• Guide data analysis, reporting, and platform improvements.
• Perform data modeling and architecture design.
• Document best practices and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Support data science infrastructure on Snowflake.
• Manage back-end data systems and DBA responsibilities.
• Work with teams to prepare data for reporting and analytics.
• Redesign data flows for a single source of truth.
• Maintain high security standards.

About You:

• 10+ years in data engineering or similar roles.
• 8+ years as a data analyst, DBA, or Data Engineer.
• 8+ years writing production SQL.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Extensive experience with Fivetran, Snowflake, data pipelines.
• Proven ability to own a data platform.
• Deep experience with dbt and large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills.

Our Total Rewards:

Base salary: $185,000 - $200,000 plus bonus. Benefits include flexible PTO, health insurance, parental leave, 401k, professional development, product discounts, and more.
