Position Overview

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

– Minimum of 20 years’ experience in AI consulting, with a focus Agentic AI.

– Proven track record of leading successful AI transformation projects.

– Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and operational challenges.

– Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.

– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

– Willingness to travel as needed to meet project requirements and collaborate with client teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Transformation Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic transformation projects that encompass operational improvements and technology innovations within the automotive sector.
• Operational Excellence: Analyze and optimize automotive manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Technology Implementation: Guide the adoption of advanced technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) to enhance operational capabilities and drive digital transformation.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to align transformation initiatives with business goals and ensure comprehensive support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the automotive industry, informing strategic decisions and project priorities.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of operations and technology transformation efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Agile Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring flexibility, timely delivery, and alignment with client needs.
• Innovation Leadership: Act as a thought leader in operations and technology transformation, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to provide clients with forward-thinking solutions.
