Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with production-scale systems

• Proven ability to drive delivery accountability and communicate priorities to senior leadership
• Experience hiring and developing engineers through structured interview processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for AI-native security capabilities
• Drive delivery execution and accountability across commitments
• Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
• Define and evolve the technical vision and roadmap for AI-native security
