• 8+ years in technical product management or business analysis with AI-native systems
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and well-defined scope
• Technical fluency to partner with security, engineering, and stakeholders on feasibility and trade-offs
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain specification quality

Responsabilidades

• Own specifications for AI-native security workflows, defining requirements, scope, outcomes, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with security and functional experts to document how work is done today, including tacit steps and success metrics
• For each capability, define verifiable acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes against a baseline
• Manage scope and change, break work into deliverable increments, and record decisions and rationale
• Own the definition of ready; keep specifications complete, buildable, and current with engineering through release and confirm outcomes
